Completion of capacity calibration for 7 new energy power stations in Daqing Oilfield

On January 4th, the 2024 production capacity calibration work of the New Energy Business Unit of Daqing Oilfield was successfully completed. After a comprehensive physical examination, all 7 new energy power stations reached production and efficiency, providing a solid guarantee for the safe, stable, and efficient operation of new energy power stations.
The calibration of the production capacity of new energy power stations is to analyze the actual operation effect of the power station through instrument detection, software calculation, and other methods, and systematically grasp the implementation effect and production dynamics of new energy power stations. In the past three months, the New Energy Business Unit has carried out production capacity calibration and equipment system testing on seven existing wind and solar power stations in the oilfield, including the Starfire Water Surface Photovoltaic Power Station and the Sazhong West District Micro Photovoltaic Power Station, to ensure their safe operation.
In the specific calibration work, the New Energy Business Unit of the oilfield adopts the "four step method" of inspection, measurement, evaluation, and calibration, making electric energy greener and the power grid more intelligent. "Inspection" refers to the inspection of appearance quality. Through on-site inspection of the appearance quality of photovoltaic modules, combiner boxes, etc., problems such as pollution of photovoltaic modules and cable damage are promptly discovered and solved; "Test" refers to the performance and efficiency testing of components, using professional instruments such as solar I-V testers and infrared thermal imaging testers to randomly select photovoltaic modules for on-site testing; "Evaluation" refers to the evaluation of system energy efficiency, which combines meteorological data and power generation to evaluate the energy efficiency of the power station system, identify potential performance bottlenecks and low energy efficiency factors; "Ding" refers to the determination of electricity generation, which involves inputting technical parameters such as equipment and weather, building a simulation model, and calculating actual production capacity.
The innovative application of the "four step method" has achieved a comprehensive physical examination of 7 new energy power stations, providing scientific basis for accurately grasping basic operational data and injecting green energy into oil and gas production in the oilfield in 2024.
